PRODUCTION TIMES

Due to global inventory shortages, supply chain issues, and shipping delays, production times can no longer be guaranteed. While every effort is made to finish products in a timely manner it is no longer possible. If you need an item by a specific date please contact us before ordering. 

SHIPPING

International shipping is not available at this time. 

Items will be sent via USPS or UPS and include a tracking code. 

Once an item is shipped Dark River has no control over the package and cannot be held liable for delays. Make sure to order items well in advance of when they are needed to allow for shipping delays.

If you need an item by a certain date make sure to contact us before placing the order.  

RETURNS, REFUNDS and EXCHANGES

Since items are made to order returns and exchanges are not allowed.
Items may be replaced only if there is a manufacturing error. Visual confirmation of the issue will be required, and you may be required to return the item before a replacement is sent. 
Issues caused by not following care instructions or incorrect ordering are not eligible for replacement.
