PRODUCTION TIMES

Orders turn-around time is approximately 2 weeks. Every effort is made to finish products in a timely manner. If you need an item by a specific date please contact us before ordering. 

NOTE: Items for teams and activities typically have a specific 'order by' date. Items may not be available after that time or there may be a price adjustment. 

DELIVERY

All school orders will be delivered to the specific school. If there is some reason the item needs to be shipped or delivered to another location, please contact me in advance.

SHIPPING

International shipping is not available at this time. 

Items will be sent via USPS or UPS and include a tracking code. 

Once an item is shipped Dark River has no control over the package and cannot be held liable for delays. Make sure to order items well in advance of when they are needed to allow for shipping delays.

If you need an item by a certain date make sure to contact us before placing the order.

RETURNS, REFUNDS and EXCHANGES

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us so we can make it right.
Issues caused by not following care instructions or incorrect ordering are not eligible for return or replacement. Items are made to order returns and exchanges are not allowed. 
Items may be replaced only if there is a manufacturing error. Visual confirmation of the issue will be required, and you may be required to return the item before a replacement is sent. ​
